Welcome to our spacious 57m2 apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The living room is a welcoming space, including a sitting area with a quality 140*200 sofa bed, a TV for relaxing moments, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, kettle and all you need to prepare delicious meals. A dining table is ready for convivial meals.
A washing machine is available for your convenience.
The bedroom, separate from the living room, is equipped with a 140*200 double bed for peaceful nights.
The bathroom includes a bathtub for relaxing, and the toilet is separate for added convenience.
The apartment is completed by a closed garage, suitable for small to medium-sized cars, ensuring the safety of your vehicle.
Please note that the apartment does not have wifi access.
