Les Libellules is spectacularly located on the shores of Lake Annecy in the heart of the Haute-Savoie in the charming French village of Duingt. From the balcony, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Annecy, the castle of Duingt and the surrounding alpine mountains.

A spacious, modern and fully equipped apartment on the fourth floor with elevator, which can accommodate 5 people in comfort. It is electrically heated throughout and includes a large living/dining room with east-facing balcony, open plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms with another west-facing balcony, bathroom and checkroom.
The apartment has a large living/dining room with an exceptional view of Lake Annecy. The large glass doors open onto an east-facing balcony which is equipped with a bistro-style table and chairs - perfect for al fresco dining. From the balcony, which spans the length of the apartment, you can enjoy panoramic views of sparkling Lake Annecy, Duingt Castle, and the mountains framed by Dent du Cruet (1833m) and La Tournette (2351m).The living room is furnished with a three-seat sofa bed and two single chairs. For entertainment, there is a television, an iPod docking station, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs for all ages. Backgammon, chess, dominoes and other games are also available. The open kitchen is located next to the living room. It is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, full-size oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. There is a large quantity of glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and all other kitchen essentials.
The dining room is equipped with a round glass table with 5 chairs.
One of the bedrooms has a large double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are well equipped with plenty of storage space in the form of wardrobes and drawers. Both have access to a west-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the mountains, the famous bike path and Lake Annecy.
The family bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower, a separate shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. The second bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a sink.
No smoking and no pets allowed.

Direct access to the lake for swimming and water sports.
