Located on the first floor of a small building, also refurbished, of which it is the only apartment, it is equipped with Internet / WIFI Fiber and comprises :
- A living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (traditional oven, 2-burner induction hob, hood, small fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), a lounge/dining area with 1 convertible sofa, TV, table and stools, a closet column, a chest of drawers. Separate WC.
- Enclosed sleeping area with 140 cm bed and bathroom with shower and vanity unit.
- A large outdoor space on the garden level, facing southwest, where you can enjoy meals and other activities in the shade of a pine or magnolia tree (garden furniture, chairs, parasol, recliners and barbecue).
Storeroom with washing machine, storage space.
Private parking space. Bike rack (please provide anti-theft device).
Ideally located close to the beach, cycle path and shops (50 m away: grocery store, bread shop, newsagent, tobacconist, pharmacy and 400 m away: butcher's - delicatessen).
Pets not allowed. White linen not provided: can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promo. code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance included (optional). Departure cleaning included (following normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay).
