51m² apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator), in a condominium, located in the Domaine de la Savinière, in the Quartier de la Terrière. It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer) opening onto a 21m² living/dining room, a first bedroom with a 140cm-wide bed, a second "cabin" with two 80cm-wide beds (gigogne) that can be folded out to make a real 160cm-wide bed. A large bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, washbasin and separate WC. Outside, a 15 m² balcony with garden furniture. The estate features a communal swimming pool, open and heated from June 1 to September 30, as well as a storage area for boards and 2 parking spaces in a private parking lot. This apartment has 2 Clévacances labels.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of tenants.
