We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Dinard, this charming flat at less than one kilometre of the beach, with wifi, of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the ground floor, with a few steps to climb, it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...

A parking space should not be included in the rental when the cars do not fit in it. It is part of the contract and of the amount of the rent, whereas the parking has to be paid. Several emails were sent to the agency without any response from them, except to tell me that the representative of the syndic had complained because I had not put my car in the garage, even though it could not enter it....
