This modern villa with spacious garden and electric hot tub has all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday. This ground floor villa on the waterfront has its own jetty and an atmospheric living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a large dining table. With its central location in the youngest province of the Netherlands, you also have everything within handle. It comfortably accommodates families and friends. The holiday home is located at resort Harderwold, on the edge of the Harderbos. Start the day with a walk or visit the centre of Zeewolde (11 km) for fresh rolls from the bakery. In summer you can sunbathe at the Flevostrand (3.8 km) and you can play golf at the nearby golf club (300 m). Thanks to its central location Amsterdam and Utrecht are also possibilities.

The Harderwold Villa Resort is a fireworks-free zone. No fireworks are allowed throughout the year. At 22:00 hours it should be quiet in the park. Be quiet on the park. Loud music is not allowed during the day. For a complete overview of the park rules, please go to the park's website.
A charging point for electric cars is available; in connection safety it is prohibited to charge an electric car via the holiday home's regular power network of the holiday home.
Organising student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is prohibited. This holiday home is available exclusively for recreational purposes. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation fees will be charged
