A real vacation home, bright and comfortable, just 200 meters from the beach. Ideal for car-free vacations in the heart of L'île de Ré, just 200 meters from the ocean.
The house features an entrance hall opening onto a living room with 2 areas: one on the dining side with an open, fully-equipped kitchen, and the other a peaceful lounge opening onto the outside.
Night side
You'll find a first suite on the pool side with its own shower room and then 3 bedrooms on the other side of the house with a bathroom (shower and bath).

Practicalities
The garage is not available for rental, but parking is available in front of the house in a public parking lot,
Bikes can be stored in the courtyard.
Wifi
For your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen is also provided by our service provider LOCLINGE for your arrival, and must be returned at the end of your stay.
Please note that beds are not made up on arrival unless you wish, for a supplement of €5 per bed, to be ordered 10 days before your arrival.
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 8pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For all arrivals or departures before 8am and after 8pm, an additional charge will be applied:
From 8pm to 10pm - €50
10pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00am - €100
From 6h00 to 8h00 - €70
