The rental is ideally located 450m from the sandy beach of Brusc, 500m from shops and 3300m from the town center of Six Fours. You can park 3 vehicles in the property's secure parking lot and never touch it again during your vacation. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful living room consisting of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. For the sleeping area, you will find 4 suites composed of bedroom and bathroom with toilet. One on the most spacious ground floor and 3 upstairs. As for the exteriors, you have access to a beautiful terrace in front of the swimming pool, overlooking the garden, as well as a terrace in the form of a passageway on the 1st floor. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. The house is new and you have an internet box with wifi. The house is fully air-conditioned. The swimming pool secured by a roller shutter measures 8x4m. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
