House close to the D6089, adjoining an unoccupied building. After 5 steps, you'll reach the 30 m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture, outdoor sofa, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Enjoy the view of the private, unheated swimming pool, 3mx5m, 1.50m deep, salt water, secured by a fence, open from early May to late September, located at the rear of the gîte. You enter via the fully-equipped kitchen (oven, combi-freezer, microwave, etc.), which opens onto the living room, TV, internet access, table soccer, shower room (shower and WC). Upstairs, you'll find 2 attic bedrooms, each with adjustable beds (1 x 160x200 or 2 x 80x200), and baby equipment (cot, high chair, etc.).
Private parking for 2/3 cars in front of the gîte. You'll be able to take a walk or sit in the shade of the owner's walnut trees all around the house.
End-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, household linen, electricity and heating included. Pool towels not supplied. Your vacation begins now, when you set down your bags in this particularly charming gîte. You're on the main route to the Jardins de l'Imaginaire, the majestic 17th-century Château de Hautefort, the Musée du Chocolat Bovetti and the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art in Montignac, 20 minutes away.... Shops are less than a kilometer away. You can walk or bike along the "voie verte" to discover the Terrasson-Lavilledieu market every Thursday morning around the Vézère basin. Local producers take pride of place with their products.
