Nice house with private and saltwater pool, very close to the center and only 800m from the beach. Capacity for 1 to 6 people.
The house is distributed in:
- Living room with sofa bed, AC, TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels). Access to the large terrace with reading corner and sea views.
- Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven ...)

Located at 10 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its great sandy beach.
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and their local specialties. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.
