House on the edge of a railroad track that is heavily used, even at night, the mattress in the double room is very soft, the house is being renovated. 3km from a mini-pebble beach preceded by a sandy beach (to get there, you have to cross a factory zone).

Location 10 minutes from the center of Bayonne. Quiet environment despite the proximity of the railway line. Just the rooster which acts as an alarm clock at daybreak. The furniture is outdated and needs to be refreshed.
