The rented studio is located in a quality residence (swimming pool + Sauna # SPA condemned and Hammam closed!) close to all amenities, very practical when there is no snow, as was our case. The apartment (36), with a surface area of around 20m², is not at all up to the price of the weekly rental (very high +1200€/week for mid-February!): catastrophic sleeping arrangements, almost no storage space, ridiculous bathroom with WC, rudimentary kitchen (lacking too many dishes and other utensils), fridge out of order (fortunately temperatures were low and there was a balcony...), non-existent light (you never see the sun from this side of the residence). In my opinion, it's a disgrace to rent an apartment like this at such a prohibitive rate. Landlords should lower their demands or improve the comfort of their practices, and quickly!
