Very disappointed! We had already stayed in this "building" but via another organization and the accommodation was much better. Our apartment is in a state unworthy of renting: stains in the bathroom, splashes around the dining table, radiator coming off the wall, chairs on the verge of breaking... The list is far, far too long! The list is far, far too long! Even a simple toilet brush or dustpan is broken and hasn't been replaced... Wifi: 20€ for the week, which was a surprise on arrival... Appointment for inventory of fixtures at 10:30 a.m. taken that very morning. After an 8-minute wait, I called and was told "I never make appointments, otherwise I wait". What did I do? I found that very inappropriate. In that case, say so right away instead of confirming a schedule. All this for a 2-minute inspection. Maybe that explains it... In short, I was very, very disappointed!

The apartment could be great but it is a big negative point because the state of the apartment and the equipment are not maintained with the years what is regrettable...!!(cooking plate has two fires but we can cook only with one at the time thus not very practical because too long...! Chairs that can be dislodged, lack of cover on the hood, curtains to be removed urgently as well as the disgusting carpet and so on...!!!! the inventory of fixtures should be stricter because not necessarily clean on arrival! The swimming pool should be a positive point but it should be badly maintained too (peeled paint, missing tiles so risk to cut oneself...!!) it should be supervised more often because too many people spoil the pleasure to swim there!

The apartment was clean except for the mattresses of the bunk beds which should be changed and the duvets which were changed free of charge at our request.
