Quietly located in the heart of the town center (market, restaurants and shops 200m away), the lake is within walking or cycling distance (2km), ideal for boating or paddling, and the ocean is a 25-minute drive away for your surfing lessons. Nearby bike paths, Dune du Pyla and Bassin d'Arcachon. The house has 6 bedrooms with storage (4 with double beds, 1 family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and the last one with 3 single beds), a bright veranda ideal for group or family meals, and a pleasant private garden equipped with deckchairs, outdoor table and barbecue. The house also features a washing machine, dishwasher, fitted kitchen, dining room, living room with TV corner, wifi, 3 bathrooms and several parking spaces. You can park and cycle to the lake to relax, enjoy aqua leisure activities or watch the sunset, or walk to the center of town to do your shopping or enjoy a coffee on the terrace.
