Ideally located halfway between the town center and La Parée beach and close to the Parc des Morinières, this single-storey house comprises a living room (lounge and sitting area), an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave), 2 bedrooms (each with 1 x 140 cm + cupboard), a shower room (washbasin and shower) and a separate toilet.
The living room opens onto a 32 m² terrace (south-facing) with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and electric barbecue.
