We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Antoigné, this old air-conditioned farm building in which are 3 flats, of which this lodging of a surface of 85 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a private garden of about 300 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The gîte is accessible via a common courtyard and is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area.
- A semi-open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... and a dining area.
- A cellar.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- A beautiful private, unfenced garden of 300 m² facing North-West.
- A north-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Antoigné, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby in the town of Montreuil Bellay.

Discover the rich heritage of the Maine et Loire, between emblematic monuments and wine estates as far as the eye can see, let your desires guide you! Start with the discovery of the Troglos de la Sablières which will plunge you for a moment into an astonishing place, artistic and full of history. Then, take a diversion to the charming town of Doué la Fontaine before learning more about the wines of the Loire by taking part in a visit to an estate and a tasting of the region's jewels!
If you want to get a bit of height, go for a first flight or a microlight tour and admire the splendid flat landscapes that are available to you!
Golf, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, AOC Appellation Contrôlée SAUMUR wine tasting, goat's cheese (melon and asparagus country), visits to castles, the Fontevraud Royal Abbey Museum, the Saumur Armoured Corps Museum, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the hangar where the spaces are delimited (1 vehicle).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in addition (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Bed linen : 10€/bed, towels : 5€/person, 3 tea towels and 1 hand towel: 3€.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
