Downstairs (1 step), you'll find an African-style bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. This room boasts a surprising view of the restored barn, a must-see!
Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms: 1 with a 140x190 bed and 2 with a 160x200 bed. Bathroom with bath and WC. Outside, you'll find a bedroom with totally independent access, 1 bed 140x190, shower room with Italian shower and WC. 4 km from Brantôme, "the Venice of Périgord". You'll enjoy fishing, canoeing and swimming on the 1st category 'La Dronne' river, 5 km away, at the gateway to the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park. Enjoy an exceptional living environment in the Dordogne. You'll have access to a shady garden not adjoining the 1-hectare gîte opposite, on the other side of the small road, as well as to the fully enclosed courtyard adjoining the 110 m2 gîte, and enjoy the coolness of the old renovated barn with garden furniture and barbecue.
