APARTMENT CAPACITY
This 34m² apartment can accommodate up to 7 people, but your comfort will be compromised!
**We recommend a maximum of 4 people if you want to keep your personal space to a minimum.
Some groups prefer to stay closer together, so they can pay less. It's up to you to decide what's most important to you: comfort or conviviality :)

The apartment, located on the 4th floor of the Antarès residence, is laid out as follows:

**1/ Discounts with Intersport in winter and summer!
- Winter: up to 30% discount on ski equipment
- Summer: 20% discount on all rentals (except electric bikes).
**2/ An apartment at the foot of the slopes!
No need to carry your skis: a connecting piste runs right past the residence, giving you easy access to the ski area and the ski school meeting point. So you can put on and take off your skis right in front of your residence.
**3/ Free access to the Antarès residence swimming pool and sauna**.
- The swimming pool and sauna are open every day during the winter and summer seasons, from 10am to 7pm.
- During the 2023/2024 winter season, the pool and sauna will be open from December 28, 2023 to April 06, 2024 inclusive.
- During the 2024 summer season, the pool and sauna will be open from June 29, 2024 to August 31, 2024 inclusive.
- Outside these dates, the pool and sauna will be closed. These facilities are therefore closed outside the winter and summer seasons.
- Access to these facilities has not been decided by RisoulSki, and may change at any time depending on measures, particularly health measures, decided by the authorities or the residence management.
**4/ Superbly-equipped accommodation with plenty of beds**.
You'll spend your stay in a modern, cosy apartment. Our apartments are designed to be practical and comfortable. We've optimized the space to accommodate many beds. One of our specialities is to enable families or groups of friends to get together in the same apartment, whether for financial reasons or because they want to be all together.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE
**1/ Bed linen and towels
You have a choice of :
- Either bring your own bed linen and towels
- Or you can rent them from us: 11 € per set of single sheets; 14 € per set of double sheets; 5 € for a large towel; 8 € for a set of towels (one large and 2 small).
**2/ End-of-stay cleaning**
Cleaning is not included in the booking price, as we leave the choice up to you.
- You can either clean the apartment yourself, in which case you must return it in perfect condition.
- Or, after booking, you can take out the cleaning option for €60. All you have to do is clean the kitchen area, wash and put away the dishes, fold the comforters and take out the rubbish.
**3/ Arrival before 5pm and departure after 10am (optional)**
Check-in is from 5pm, check-out before 10am.
If you wish to use the apartment for a longer period of time, this is possible (subject to availability), but at an additional cost, as the cleaning team cannot prepare all the apartments in the same residence at the same time.
Here are the current rates:
- Arrival at 3pm: €40; Arrival at 1pm: €60; Arrival at 11am: €80
- Departure at 12pm: €40; Departure at 2pm: €60; Departure at 4pm: €80
**4/ Tourist tax**
Tourist tax (5%) is not included in the price. It must be paid to the establishment after booking.

- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette/pierrade and fondue maker, toaster, blender and juicer. Plenty of crockery: plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans...
- Comforters and/or blankets, pillows, mattress protectors on each bed (all new bedding). Remember: you need to bring your own bed linen or rent some on site!

- Cleaning kit (everything is provided on site: household cleaner, toilet gel, sponge, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets...)

- Superbly maintained 4-star residence, one of the newest and most comfortable in Risoul 1850.
- Conveniently located, right next to the main shops (open in winter and summer): grocery store, bakery, ski rental, bars and restaurants...
- 5 minutes from resort center
- Swimming pool and sauna: open only during winter and summer seasons (see Tourist Office website for exact dates).
- At the foot of the slopes

- Free WIFI throughout the residence

ACCESS
You arrive and depart independently. The keys are in an electronic code box right in front of your residence. So you can arrive at any time you like, from 5pm onwards.
Check-out is by 10 a.m. at the latest.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
**1/ Deposit of 300€ to be secured BEFORE your arrival**
A deposit of 300€ must be secured by credit card before your arrival. The operation is carried out via the Swikly online deposit service, the market leader in this field.
The procedure is quick and easy: you'll receive an e-mail with a link to follow, 7 days before your arrival.
The €300 deposit is not debited from your card, nor is it blocked. We simply check that you have this amount in your bank account. Your bank limit is therefore not affected. What's more, you're better protected: Swikly manages your deposit, and any debit must be justified by us, with photos, invoices, etc.
Swikly charges a €6.78 service fee, which is payable by our guests, for whom Swikly is far preferable to a cash deposit or even a credit card. Please note that we also pay fees to Swikly on our side.
And there's no other way of securing your deposit: no cash, no check, no bank transfer, because it's the securing of your deposit on Swikly that will automatically send you the code enabling you to collect your keys. It's super efficient, you'll see :)
**2/ Move-in and move-out inventory of fixtures** (in French)
To make your arrival and departure as easy as possible, you can take care of the check-in and check-out yourself, using text and photos. The procedure, which will be explained later, is simple and easy to use, as you'll see.
**3/ Parking**
There is no specific parking for the residence, but there are plenty of free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, along the winding road that leads to the Antarès residence. In high season, it can be difficult to find a parking space.
There is also a covered pay parking lot in the resort center.
**4/ No breakfast**
We rent apartments, not hotels.
**5/ No baby cots available**
You will need to bring your own, or find an alternative. Please note that the apartment is not designed to accommodate an extra bed, even less so if you are expecting a large number of guests...
**6/ Pets allowed**
Pets are allowed at no extra charge. However, they remain the responsibility of their owners.
**7/ Large groups**
It is possible to twin this apartment with other apartments in the same residence. Please contact us!

OFF-SEASON
Our apartments and studios are available 365 days a year, even when the resort is closed. We welcome nature lovers and workers in all seasons.
**Outside the winter and summer seasons, the residence's swimming pool and sauna are closed**.
Out of season, the stores and restaurants are also all closed. Just do your shopping in the valley before going up to Risoul and you'll be on your own.
It's best to contact the Risoul Tourist Office for exact information on possible activities, services available, etc.
