The furnishings are recent and the apartment is very clean in an art deco style. It is located on the 3rd floor of the building, without elevator.

You can visit the whole region even without a car. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Numerous trains will take you in a few minutes to Marineland, Juan les Pins, Cannes, Cagnes sur Mer, Nice, Monaco, Vingtimille and San Remo (Italy) with their famous markets. There are also numerous buses and coaches within easy reach of the apartment.
