Space

The 2-bedroom apartment in the center of Antibes, perfectly located near the old town and beaches
New south-facing apartment on the 3rd floor, with a superb, unobstructed, panoramic view of the old town and Cap d'Antibes.

Ideally located, within walking distance of everything you need for a perfect vacation: the beach is less than 5 minutes away, the marina is 2 minutes, and Antibes' markets and stores are just seconds away. Cafés, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes away. Grocery stores are nearby.

The apartment is bright and airy, with a large 35m² living room and parquet flooring throughout. A large bay window opens onto the terrace with a table and four chairs for al fresco breakfasts and dinners. Two quiet bedrooms open onto an interior garden, and can accommodate 4 people. There is a large double bed in one and two single beds in the other, which can be used separately or as a double bed. The bathroom has two marble sinks, a bathtub and shower, and a heated towel rail. The toilet is separate and independent. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, washing machine, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, etc. ... with plenty of crockery and quality utensils.
There's a hammock for lounging and a large, comfortable sofa for relaxing and socializing.

We have mobile air-conditioning units in every room to keep the apartment cool in summer. These units are installed in the bedrooms next to the windows, with their exhaust out the window. This means that the windows are ajar, with a wooden installation to prevent draughts.

Far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to enjoy right away, the apartment gives you access, at your feet, to the liveliest area of Antibes.
Enjoy strolling and shopping in the old town, enjoy the atmosphere of the bars and restaurants and their many lively terraces, enjoy the sun and the sandy beaches nearby.
Amusement parks are just a few minutes away by car or bus.

Transit

Ideally located 20 minutes from Nice airport (transfers available on request), 5 minutes' walk from the train station, 2 minutes' walk from the bus stations (Sophia Antipolis in 20 minutes), with closed parking to leave your car and enjoy the lively old town and center of Antibes.
