Space
This villa is located in Théoule-sur-Mer, a lovely area of the Estérel, where you can enjoy its breathtaking sea view.
The villa has 4 floors:
1. Floor 1 (first floor)
- private indoor parking space (box)
- laundry area (washing machine, dryer, iron)
2. Floor 2 (second floor)
- bedroom 1 (double bed, TV, sea view, AC) with private bathroom (Italian shower, toilet)
- bedroom 2 (double bed, TV, sea view, AC) and en-suite bathroom (Italian shower, toilet)
- bedroom 3 (double bed, TV, sea view, AC) and en-suite bathroom (Italian shower in natural stone).
- bedroom 4 (two single beds, TV)
Rooms 1, 2 and 4 share a large terrace (sea view for 1 and 2 only).
Bedroom 3 has its own private balcony with sea view.
On this floor 2, you'll find a separate toilet accessible from the corridor.
3. Floor 3 (second floor)
This floor can be reached via some amazing staircases made of natural rock and a:
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, stove)
- a dining area for up to 8 people
- a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV.
This entire floor has a remarkable sea view and opens onto a large terrace with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.
4. Floor 4 (on the roof)
This rooftop is an outdoor space only, with a swimming pool overlooking the sea and a large, spacious solarium for sunbathing.
(Toilets are accessible on this level).
Access
Guests will have access to the entire villa, with the exception of 3 cupboards used for personal belongings.

This villa is located 33.9 km from Nice Côté d'Azur airport.
By car, take the A8 freeway towards Mandelieu la Napoule and exit at "sortie 40-Théoule-sur-Mer".
Notes
This villa has many stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
Bed linen and shower towels are included in the booking and a sample of soap and shampoo will be offered to each guest on arrival.
