Bright, spacious 51 m2 studio in the center of Cannes, ideal for both business and personal stays. It was recently renovated and is in very good condition. The apartment is fully equipped: WIFI, reversible air conditioning, outdoor dining table, sofa bed in the living room, fully-equipped kitchen.
Located in a secure residence, this apartment is well placed!

Space

This 51 m2 apartment is very well maintained and fully equipped. It is composed as follows:

- Entrance into kitchen
- Fully equipped kitchen: hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, pots/pans, kitchen utensils
- Bar area on kitchen island for lunch for up to 4 people (or use as work space)
- The living room has a convertible sofa bed (160x200cm) for 2 people, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table and outside access.
- The balcony overlooks the private park, which is very quiet and pleasant. A table and chairs are also outside for you to enjoy.
- The bedroom area (open onto the living room) has 2 single beds. These are made up into a double bed on arrival. If you would like these beds to be made into 2 single beds, please let us know before your arrival.
- The bathroom is spacious, with a walk-in shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet separated by a door.

The apartment is located in a secure residence.

The residence has a parking lot with unallocated spaces (number of spaces less than the number of apartments). We will give you the beep to open the parking lot in case a space is available, but we have no way of knowing whether this will be the case. You can, however, park on the street, subject to availability.

Access

Travelers have access to the entire apartment.
