For rent one bedroom apartment in the new building 'Residencial Alegría XII' a few steps from the sea and the beach. The 60 m2 apartment consists of a living room, one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. There is everything you need: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels. Central air conditioning, wireless Internet. Spanish TV. The sea and Los Locos beach are literally across the road. The complex has an indoor swimming pool and a Finnish sauna. Within walking distance from the building there is a supermarket and many bars and cafes. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (strictly without animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
Check-in at the property from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. Check-in or check-out outside of company/office hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays is subject to an additional fee of EUR 20. Office schedule: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
