Just renovated, this magnificent 85-square-meter apartment, located on the 1st floor without elevator, will be the highlight of your stay in our beautiful region.
Exposed beams and parquet flooring give it a warm, relaxing feel, while the modern facilities ensure a peaceful stay.
With room for up to 7 people, the central location makes it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Accommodation
In the heart of a pedestrian street in old Annecy, the apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of an old building. It opens onto a large living and dining room with a large table and 2 sofas, which can easily accommodate all your travel companions. The adjoining kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Entering on the left, the night hall leads to the three bedrooms. The first is equipped with a bunk bed, single upstairs and double downstairs, with a door leading directly onto the terrace. Next come the separate WC and bathroom with walk-in shower. Finally, two larger bedrooms, both with double beds and access to the terrace. The terrace is spacious, quiet and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. You'll be able to enjoy lovely evenings for aperitifs, BBQs and other family gatherings, of course no later than 10 p.m. so as not to disturb the surrounding neighbors.
The following facilities are available: Wi-Fi, TV, Dolce Gusto filter and capsule coffee machines, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, raclette fondue set, electric BBQ, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, plenty of storage space for clothes and suitcases, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot.
A welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and soap is also available.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the cleaning fee, but can be provided at extra cost.
As this accommodation does not have a key box, we allow arrivals up to 10pm. After this time and for whatever reason, no keys can be returned.
The apartment is located in a pedestrian street in Annecy's old town and historic center, close to the train station and a 5-minute walk from the lake. You can leave your car in the nearest public parking lot, so you won't need it to explore the town. Whether it's Annecy castle, the emblematic bridges over the Thiou river, the shopping streets or the lakeside beaches, it's all within walking distance. And the traditional market for local produce, held 3 times a week, is right next door.
