Very good residence, well located: close to the beach, shops, well-maintained communal areas and outdoor environment. The only downside was apartment no. 605, which we occupied: no awning, no air-conditioning, left untouched for many years, the same cupboard for brooms, buckets, shovels and clothes ....... We will return to this residence, but not to this apartment.
