Very well located, with an exceptional view. The equipment is quite complete, but a small folding table is missing, which would make it possible to eat inside when it's cool outside. Some of the furniture needs replacing, especially the sofa bed. It's nice to have a covered parking space, but access via the ramp is sporty, especially with a low-slung car whose spoiler systematically rubs.
