Location
Chalet Nightingale is an elegantly decorated chalet ideally located on the Alpe d'Huez. The chalet is located on the Avenue de l'Eclose, at the southern end of the main village, just off the road leading to the village center. The center of Alpe d'Huez, a 5 minute walk from the chalet, and the proximity of the slopes will delight skiers. The slopes go down to the old village of Huez. For the less experienced, the chalet is only 3 minutes from the cable car that leads to the beginner slopes and the main chairlifts.
Accommodation
Chalet Nightingale offers an elegant blend of alpine traditions and modern design. With three bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the second floor of the chalet is the open-plan living area. The room is bright and airy, with high vaulted ceilings in the eaves of the building. It leads to an outdoor balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It's the perfect place to enjoy a drink after a day of skiing. The large dining room table offers enough space to comfortably accommodate all guests. The modern and stylish kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, four burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and coffee percolator. You will have everything you need to prepare a good meal for your friends or family.
The three spacious bedrooms are also located on this floor. There are two bedrooms with twin beds (90 x 190cm), each with its own private shower room and toilet. The third bedroom is also furnished with two twin beds, has a bathroom with bathtub and a private toilet, and has access to a balcony.
The entrance to the chalet is on the first floor where there is a ski room equipped with a boot warmer. In the morning, grab your skis, put on your warm boots and head out on the slopes of Alpe d'Huez.
Also enjoy a relaxation area with jacuzzi and sauna, an ideal place to relax and warm up after a day on the slopes. This relaxation area is shared with the Chalet Woodpecker, located right next door.
Information
Rates include rental, electricity and water charges, bed linen, bath sheets, towels and bathrobes with beds made on arrival. Mid-stay cleaning with change of sheets and towels and end of stay cleaning. On arrival a welcome basket and firewood is provided. Moreover, in the chalets we provide free wifi.
A little extra
If you plan to come by car, there are two parking spaces next to the chalet.
