This charming rustic house is located on a very quiet street in a neighborhood with easy parking and is almost unique in the area. Nobody can imagine that behind a simple white and blue facade with two windows, the house hides a spectacular 500 m2 garden with a 10x5 m pool. exclusive use for tenants. Not only that makes it special, it is also located in the city center, just 4 minutes walk from the Town Hall and 7 minutes walk from the beach.
