Large chalet in a peaceful hamlet at 875 m altitude with panoramic views of the mountain ranges, 6 km from Allevard les Bains. Car essential for shopping (15 minutes away) and access to ski resorts (30 minutes away). Adjoining the owners' house, but totally independent. Ground floor: spacious living room/kitchen/lounge with large windows opening onto the 55 m2 terrace. The ground floor is fully PMR-accessible, with fully-equipped kitchen, large bedroom opening onto terrace, bathroom with shower and WC. Access to the chalet with PRM assistance. All 4 bedrooms can be converted into a 2-person double bed (190 x 200) or two single beds on request. Suitable for 1 baby. Upstairs (not accessible by PRM): 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, separate WC. Overcapacity for 3 people available on request (for children: €30/week and €15/weekend; for adults: €15/night/person).
