Magnificent 110 square meter apartment located in the Praz of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
Welcome to the Plaine des Bois of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
This spacious, new, fully-equipped 110 m² apartment is ready to accommodate 8 people. It comprises 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a pretty living room and a furnished meadow and terrace where you can admire the view while having your meals. Plus: a hanging net for a siesta in front of the Chamonix peaks and a large meadow for you and your children!

Accommodation
The chalet has 3 bedrooms, with 2 double beds, a bunk bed, 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, as well as several washbasins, not to mention a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and a lovely lounge area opening onto the chalet's terrace.
To relax after a day's hiking, you can lie back on the net above the living room and admire the sublime, mesmerizing view of Les Drus.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Garage, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven. The fireplace is not functional, so it is not possible to make a fire.
The apartment also has a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy meals with your family and admire the view of the surrounding countryside. The large garden will be much appreciated in summer and winter alike.
Hiking trails accessible to all are close to the chalet.
The Chamonix golf course is less than 10 minutes' walk away, and Le Paradis des Praz, ideal for children, offers a playground in the heart of nature, to the delight of young and old alike.
The Flégère ski area's gondolas are a 10-minute walk away.
In summer, these gondolas will take you to numerous hikes such as Lac Blanc, offering sublime panoramas of the Mont Blanc chain and the Mer de glace.
A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each trip.

Located close to the Village des Bois, where 100 years ago ice from the "Mer de la Glace" was salvaged and sold to Chamonix hotels, you'll be set 5km upstream from Chamonix in a green setting - welcome to the Plaine des Bois!

The valley boasts 10 ski areas, a lively, authentic town center and a wide range of winter and summer activities (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
