The apartment is bright and well-appointed, and you'll particularly appreciate its lovely BALCONY, which offers a MAGNIFICENT VIEW of the mountains!
Sleeping 8, it includes: 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds, a shower room, 2 toilets, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge area where you can relax after a day's hiking.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television, Dishwasher, Heating, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Ski in/ Ski out.
You'll be staying in La Salles les Alpes at the foot of the L'Aravet gondola.
For your skiing activities, you'll have :
- Domaine Skiable Serre Chevalier accessible directly from the residence by the L'Aravet gondola.
- Ski rental stores such as PHILIPPE SPORTS and SPORT 2000 SPORT'S MOUNTAIN at the foot of the residence.
In summer, you'll love discovering the surrounding area and going hiking! You'll also enjoy the Pontillas leisure park, with its lake, natural swimming pool, tree climbing, children's playground, pedal go-karting, rafting, pony club and canoe and kayak rentals. You're sure to love your next vacation!
The property is also close to several bars and restaurants, with a bakery just a 5-minute walk away.

Location
The village of La Salle-les-Alpes is a commune in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes département, in the Briançon urban area. With fewer than 1,000 inhabitants, it lies in the Guisane valley and is an integral part of the Serre Chevalier ski area.
