We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Narbonne Plage, this charming house to 200 meters of the beach, of a surface of 34 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 22 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room, a small garden with a terrace of about 16 m² and a nice shared swimming pool to relax after a day of visit.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 22 m² with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: two single bunk beds and storage space.
Outside:
- An enclosed garden of 16 m², facing south with a terraced area equipped with outdoor furniture and a plancha to enjoy a good meal in the sun!
Common area :
- A swimming pool (not heated), located 5 m from the house, open from June to September (Opening dates not contractual) between 9H and 20H accessible thanks to the 4 wristbands provided.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Narbonne Plage, in a very pleasant environment at only 200 meters from the sea. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Narbonne Beach at 4 min walk.
- Narbonne, Roman city, is rich in museums and buildings to visit.
- Fishing near the canal.
- Various nautical activities plancha with veil, kyte-surf, veil...
- Mountain bike in the clape with visit of the soft eye.
- Seaside resort : Gruissan 10 km, Narbonne 16 km, Saint-Pierre la Mer 2 km...
- The Abbey of Fontfroide.
- The Locks of Fonserannes.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the residence, number 646 which can accommodate 1 vehicle. You will also have a public parking lot at 10 meters.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Narbonne train station located 23 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport located 40 minutes away by car.
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included, however disposable covers will be provided.
- Free Wifi (fiber) available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Stairs to get to the first floor are a bit steep.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
