Elegant suite of about 30m2 for 2 people in the outbuilding of a villa with reserved swimming pool on schedule, external hydromassage pool, large fenced garden well equipped, gym, relaxation area and parking. The suite is equipped with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi connection.
External areas
The owners' villa (3 persons) is located in the 5000 m2 property, which is well maintained and fenced in. The suite is located in the outbuilding next to the swimming pool, purified with salt, which measures 14x9 with a depth of 1.40 to 3.50 meters, with shower, a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, table for outdoor breakfasts, portable barbecue, fitness area with equipment shared with the owners. The swimming pool, the hydromassage pool and the gym are reserved exclusively for guests from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., outside these hours they are shared with the owners. Parking on the property.

On the first floor, breakfast area with cooking area and exit to the outside, sofa area, double bed, bathroom with shower.
Location
At the foot of the hills surrounding the town of Camaiore where you can find all the services. The outbuilding shares with the owners the large and beautifully kept garden, the swimming pool, the whirlpool and the gym. It has a panoramic position with the mountains in the background.

Gardenia Suite is equipped with air conditioning, electric heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, baby bed and high chair, external whirlpool and gym.
Services
Included in the price: bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly), pool towels, internet connection, water, gas, heating and electricity, air conditioning, baby bed and high chair. Special agreement with the "Ristorante Blei" in Forte dei Marmi of the same owners.
On request and to be paid on the spot, housekeeper and baby sitter, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, possibility of catering and weddings up to 50 people.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 1/05 to 30/09 and is shared with the owners (3 people) who live in the villa which is about 40 meters away; but from 8:00 am to 11:00 am it is exclusively reserved for guests. The gym and the external hydromassage pool are shared with the owners, except between 8:00 and 11:00 am.

The most important artistic places, cities of art like Lucca and Pisa are easily accessible, as well as the other centers of Tuscany. For trekking lovers, there are interesting nature and history trails in the Apuan Alps and the Marble Quarries.
