Lovely studio for 2 people, in the historic center but set back from the busy streets. Apartment overlooking a small, quiet square.

This apartment can accommodate 2 people, away from the busy streets but still in the historic center, at the foot of the castle.
The living room is equipped with a top-of-the-range convertible sofa with a real, high-quality SIMMONS mattress. You'll be able to relax peacefully after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine (in winter)... All the equipment is brand new.
The bathroom has a bathtub and WC.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
Easy access on foot to the train station in a few minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk away.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Functional accommodation for a couple's stay in Annecy, but very noisy environment (no insulation - we can all hear the neighbors - and the apartment is in the back alley of a shopping street where waiters and customers zonk noisily until the early hours). Outdated front door (won't stay shut if not locked) and no garbage can, despite the concierge's threat to charge a cleaning fee if there was a garbage can in the apartment. Obliged to leave the rubbish in the public garbage cans - for want of wanting to take them with you on the train - despite this being perfectly illegal. Fortunately, we only stayed for 3 days, so our dustbin was very small!
