The house :
LE PUITS CHARRAUD features a spacious living room with a majestic fireplace (non-functional) and a separate fitted and equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area comprises 4 bedrooms (details below) and an additional bedroom on the ground floor (separate entrance).
- a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm), shower cubicle and washbasin.
- A second bedroom with two 90cm beds, shower cubicle and toilet,
- a third bedroom with a 160cm bed
- a suite with a 160cm bed, shower room and dressing room.
- An annex with a double bed and a shower room/wc (independent of the house).

Practicalities:
Large enclosed garden with forecourt for bikes. Cars (2) can be parked as well.
For your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen will also be left for you on arrival by our service provider LOCLINGE and returned at the end of your stay.
Please note that beds are not made up on arrival unless you wish, for a supplement of €5 per bed, to be ordered 10 days before your arrival.
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 8pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For all arrivals or departures before 8am and after 8pm, an additional charge will be applied:
From 8pm to 10pm - €50
10pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00am - €100
From 6h00 to 8h00 - €70
