T1 bis located on the 2nd floor of the residence with elevator, 20 m from the first shops, 300 m from the beach and 3.5 km from the SNCF train station and 2Km from the high school. It is equipped with a TV, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an oven with 4 electric rings and a washing machine. There is a 2-seater bed in the living room and a 1-seater BZ for adults or 2-seater BZ for children in the loggia, with a roller blind and curtains. The apartment also has a private parking space (n°67).

Good stay on the whole, clean rental conforming to what it is, the raging heat wave reveals the lack of air conditioning, despite the existing fans that cut the heat a little, the vis a vis not allowing to take full advantage of daylight. Very good welcome from the very kind owner who understands the problems of his rental, private parking, perfect environment.

small stylish studio, practical, well equipped. very nice owners. the 2 small drawbacks are that for the loggia, there is only a mosquito net a little thick in shutter, which does not prevent vis a vis with the neighbors opposite. and the 2nd drawback is that the sun giving all afternoon, the lack of shutter and air conditioning is that the studio by these heat is extremely hot. The owner is aware of this and is talking about installing shutters for next summer, which would be nice. Otherwise, the studio is very well located, close to the beach, crossing the pine forest and close to the pedestrian streets, and closed by code barriers. Apart from the heat, it was a good stay.
