Beautiful, quietly located cottage with covered terrace and balcony.
The cottage is located in a residential area about 25 km from Bari, where you can find all kinds of experiences and cultural attractions and good restaurants.
Also, don't miss the many medieval towns in the area, such as Monopoli and Ostuni. For the kids, there is the Safari Zoo in Fasano. A tip for your excursions: Matera, Europe's Capital of Culture 2019, is an hour's drive away.
If you are looking for activities, you can go hiking nearby. In the village you can also experience the unique atmosphere of the surrounding towns. Near the house you can also visit restaurants and taste the regional cuisine. In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine.
The Castellana Caves are one of the most important sights in Puglia. They are located in the Itria Valley south of Bari. The Castellana Caves are a complex of caves and underground caverns. They are of karstic origin and extend for about 3 kilometers. They have a depth of up to 120 meters below the surface.
You can visit the caves at any time of the year. Remember that the temperature inside is about 16.5 degrees. Therefore, we recommend wearing clothes and sneakers appropriate for the temperature.
