Welcome to this cozy apartment for 4-5 people in Puerto de Alcúdia. It is just a stone’s throw from the beach. It is a nice home for cyclists as we have a storage room for bikes.
This modern apartment is just 25 meters from the fine grained sand beach; restaurants, bars and shops are nearby as well. Miama Beach Club and the beach restaurant Royal Beach is 10-15 minutes walking. The bus stop is on the other side of the road. Bu bus you can go to Puerto de Alcúdia or to the picturesque old town of Alcúdia, famous for its market, which takes place every Tuesday and Sunday. The Albufera park is a good place for cycling or having a picnic with your family. It is also nice for bird watching and enjoying the nature. A car isn't necessary as all important services are nearby.
The apartment has a furnished terrace, perfect for having a glass of wine before going out for dinner. The living-dining area with A/C and satellite TV is perfect for a lazy afternoon. If you’re not in the mood for going out, you can prepare your dinner in the apartment kitchen, including an electric oven, vitro hob and toaster. The apartment offers free WiFi and a washing machine. You can choose between 2 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed for 3 people (double bed and single bed) and a bedroom with double bed. The room with bunk bed is equipped with A/C and has access to a terrace. Upon request we can supply a cot and a high chair.
Please use the outdoor shower to wash off the sand before entering the apartment building.
To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. Payment through credit card before arrival.
There's an additional fee for the electricity consumption: 0.35 Eur / kW. We will send you a photo of the electric meter on your day of arrival and will make another photo on your departure day in order to know the consumption. We will charge the consumption to your card or will deduct it from your deposit. You will be able to check the meter at every time.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require this documents by email.
