The villa is located in the private Gaou Bénat estate (access restricted to residents), which is a veritable jewel case of greenery, with its fabulous coastal path, its ridge paths with 270-degree sea views over the Golden Isles and the Fort de Brégançon, its private beaches, wild or equipped (beach club, nautical center, beach volleyball, pétanque, yoga...) and its tennis courts (paying).
The villa is accessed by about 30 steps, is built entirely of Bormes stone and faces south-west.
It boasts a superb sea view and comprises :

Numerous walks and mountain bike rides in and around the estate, including to Fort de Brégançon and its heavenly beach.
The beautiful, typically Provencal village of Bormes les Mimosas is a 15-minute drive away.
The seaside resort of Le Lavandou can be reached in 10 minutes by car, from where you can take a boat to the Golden Isles, including Porquerolles and its silver beach, and Port-Cros and its underwater reserve.
St Tropez is less than an hour away.
Supermarkets are ten minutes from Domaine du Gaou.
Access is via the Toulon/Hyères airport (30 minutes) or the Hyères (30 minutes) or Toulon (45 minutes) TGV train stations. "
