Located on the 8th floor, accessible by a lift, this flat is composed as follows
Day space:
A beautiful and bright living room with a comfortable lounge area, a sofa, a coffee table and a large flat screen TV.
A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine... And a convivial central island.
A dining area with a round table, for four people, ideal for your meals.
Night area:
Two very quiet double bedrooms, one large bedroom with a king size bed (180) and the other with a queen size bed (160).

A beautiful terrace of 10 m² with a superb view of the Garonne, the Cité du Vin .....
A heated swimming pool, on the 5th floor, (open from mid-June to mid-September) privatized for the last 3 floors of the building.
For your comfort, you also have a washing machine, an iron and its table.
Quality sheets, towels and tea towels as well as some coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil... are provided and your bed is made on your arrival. For an optimal comfort!
Of course, Wifi is available and free of charge!
