In a quiet area of Biscarrosse and just a stone's throw from the ocean beaches, we offer you a pretty 75m² semi-detached T3 house in Biscarrosse Plage that can accommodate up to 5 people, perfect for a weekend or more with family or friends. Ideally located, you're just a stone's throw from the ocean beaches and surf schools. The property comprises an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc., opening onto a living room with TV and WIFI. Two bedrooms: the first with a 160cm bed and TV, the second with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bunk bed. A shower room with washing machine and separate toilet for added comfort. Outside, a lovely terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing area and barbecue to enjoy meals and warm weather. A parking space is available, so you can park when you arrive, and if you wish, you can walk or cycle to everything during your stay, perfect for enjoying restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths and other privileged places in our region. A sunny vacation awaits you!
