( THE ADVERTISEMENT IS STILL CURRENT ) Well-located apartment 150 m from the sea from the Marina ( fine sandy beach 80 m wide and 5 km long ) free car parking right next to the apartment ( terrace side )
For shade: On the terrace, a large electric awning 4 m long and 2.50 m wide.
A 10 m x 6 m swimming pool with lifeguard surveillance at certain times (a plus).
Very quiet, no cars, a restful spot surrounded by lake (Baie des Anges marina).
Mini shopping center 10 minutes' walk away, and 10 minutes from downtown St Cyprien plage.
Near Argeles, Collioure and the Pyrenees, 30 minutes from Le Perthus and Spain.
I leave 2 old vèlos to fetch the bread in the morning from the mini shopping center at the marina.
You have some very good wines and aperitifs, such as Banyuls ( cellar to visit ) and Collioure , and in Thuir ( large cellar to visit with the largest foudre in the world) and its aperitifs ....
you have to go 300 m from the apartment to "au jardin catalan" to taste all these wines and aperitifs ....
The apartment must be returned in perfect condition, tidy and clean (garbage emptied...).
The 500 € deposit cheque will be returned if the apartment is left clean and in good condition (no breakages or missing equipment).
Sheets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths and bath towels for the swimming pool (a rental service is available in St Cyprien).
