You'll love this single-storey gîte comprising a living room (TV, internet, pellet stove)/dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the private terrace with garden furniture and plancha. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 x 160x200 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 x 90x190 beds, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
The roof terrace with its deckchairs is ideal for sunbathing.
There's also a garage for a small car under 4.50 m in length or for storing bicycles, and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Public parking 50 m away, or parking spaces in adjacent streets.
Linen, sheets, towels, electricity and heating included. End-of-stay cleaning 75 €. Pellets for poles not included. This house will enable you to spend a pleasant stay without a car, as you will be able to explore Bergerac on foot or by bike with your own equipment, or, if you wish, you can rent your bikes on site to enjoy beautiful rides on the "voie verte". The town of Bergerac, in the Dordogne Valley, will never cease to charm you with its medieval and Renaissance architecture, not forgetting the church of Saint Jacques, one of the city's most beautiful buildings. Treat yourself to a gastronomic break on a restaurant terrace, where you can enjoy a local wine (in moderation!) and one of our many culinary specialties. You can fill your basket on Wednesday and Saturday market days. To discover the must-see sites of Périgord Pourpre, this time by car: visit the bastide town of Monpazier, the Cingle de Trémolat with its breathtaking views, the route des vignobles et bastides....
