This beautiful Andalusian style villa is located in a quiet and green residential area with easy access between the small village of Alfaz del Pi and the big city of Benidorm on the Costa Blanca.
This villa is nicely furnished and consists of 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 shower rooms, a bathroom, 3 toilets, a laundry room, a dining room and a living room. Also: air conditioning, wifi, 2 satellite TV Fransat, ceiling fans, washing machine, dishwasher, a conventional oven, a microwave oven, 1 indoor fridge, 1 fridge on the terrace, 1 coffee machine,...
Outside, a private swimming pool with swing, outdoor shower, deckchairs, armchairs, parasols. A barbecue area with table and chairs in the shade of a bougainvillea. A covered terrace and an uncovered terrace with a canopy, all overlooking the pool. Also an elevated terrace with sea and mountain view. Parking for 2 cars and easy parking in the street. Very close to big stores, shops and local markets. Carrefour at 10 min by car.
The area offers many beaches and coves and also a lot of activities and excursions for young and old: Aqualandia, Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Aqua Natura, Terra Natura, Safari, Dino Park, Valencia Oceanographic Park (the biggest in Europe), Benidorm Palace, Casino, Karting, Quad, Buggy, medieval fight shows, horse riding, flea markets and markets.
Swimming pool maintained once a week by a specialized company.
Sheets and kitchen towels are provided.
Rental : minimum one week.
Obligatory cleaning at the end of the stay (200 Euros)
