Located in the center of Annecy, Avenue de Chevène, 100m from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the Bonlieu theater, the lake and near all the shops.
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, discover a charming apartment, entirely renovated with 2 balconies.
Ideal for 2 people and able to accommodate up to 4 people, it consists of a separate bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a large living room / lounge.
Although located in downtown, the calm of your nights will be ensured by the double glazing.
The room opening on a first balcony is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm, and many arrangements
The living room offers a sofa bed 140x190 cm and a television with international channels.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Senseo coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay.

️The nearest parking lots are the Post Office parking lot and the Sainte Claire parking lot both located 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you will be able to move around without a car during your entire stay (2 parking lots nearby: Train Station & Parking La Poste).

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, it has been able to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, to rehabilitate its old districts, to give back all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often quoted as an example and to flower its channels to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 pm to 9 pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be asked.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken back the same evening.
To leave your luggage until the departure of the train, we recommend the "Casebook" luggage storage area located in the Bonlieu park.
