We propose to you with the hiring, on Toulouse, in the district of the cartoucherie, this charming air-conditioned flat with wifi, of a surface of 89 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 9th and last floor of a recent residence (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 35 m², an open kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your beds will be prepared on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 35 m² with a lounge area (TV unit, TV, sofa, coffee table) and a dining area (round table and chairs)
- A kitchen open to the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...

The flat is ideally located, in a quiet environment, close to public transport (tramway at the end of the street, bus, Toulouse bicycle station), Purpan hospital, engineering schools. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as restaurants, bars and theatres (zénith, halles de la cartoucherie).
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, the flat has two private parking spaces in the basement of the residence. Access to the ring road is quick.
