The ideal base for exploring the Saumur region, the gîte La Renardière will delight young and old alike! Located in the village of Saint Martin de la Place, 500 meters from the Loire, Europe's longest untamed river, you'll discover all its splendor on foot or by bike (notably the Loire à vélo)! Biodiversity, "guinguettes" and water sports are just some of the activities you can enjoy on the river. The surrounding area offers a wide choice of visits: the Dué-la-Fontaine Biopark (28 km away), Angers, its historic city center, the Château des Ducs d'Anjou and the Terra Botanica plant park (40 km away), Saumur, its château and famous black frame (11 km away), the charming villages of Montsoreau and Fontevraud (with its royal abbey, 25 km away)... A busy program in store!

The gîte on the banks of the Loire comprises, on the ground floor :
