Welcome to our large, cosy 70m2 apartment with magnificent views over Lake Geneva. It comfortably accommodates 4 people and is ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the thermal baths, the pier and Evian town center.
The living room is a welcoming space featuring a sofa, a TV for relaxing moments, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A dining table is also available for convivial meals.
The balcony overlooking the lake is accessible from the living room, offering an ideal spot to enjoy the magnificent view.
The first bedroom has a 140*200 double bed and its own bathroom with shower and washbasin.
The second bedroom has a 160*200 double bed and its own shower room with washing machine for added convenience.
The separate toilet is accessible from the hallway.
The apartment, where pets are not allowed, has a closed garage in the building for safe parking.
A wifi connection is available to keep you connected.
