Welcome to my home! I'd like to welcome you to my magnificent 35-square-meter apartment in Pilat plage, with a charming garden that doubles as a summer dining room, ideal for outdoor meals. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a fully-equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room. We look forward to welcoming you!
Accommodation
The fully-equipped accommodation is perfect for a holiday or a party. It can accommodate up to 4 people, as there is also a sofa bed in the living room.
It's very well equipped, and you'll have everything you need for a dream stay: a capsule coffee machine (Tassimo), oven, microwave and TV. Of course, you'll also have access to the large 35 m2 garden. The house has been completely renovated and the neighborhood is very lively, with nightclubs such as Balap, Suite 257 and Co(o)rniche nearby. There's a Casino supermarket at the foot of the house, the sea is 50 meters away, and the Dune du Pilat is within walking distance.

Location
La Teste-de-Buch is a commune next to Arcachon, in south-western France. It's a seaside resort from which you can discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, offering an incredible panorama of Arcachon Bay, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse. As you stroll through town, you'll notice a number of old buildings, such as the Eglise Saint-Vincent and the Maison Verthamon, now the Hôtel de Ville, which lend the town a special authenticity and history. Right in the center of town, you'll also discover the oyster port, where you can stop to sample some delicious oysters.

La Teste train station: 15 minutes by car.
Bus from Arcachon station: line 1 Baia. Timetables available on bus-baia. Chapelle Forestière stop.
