25m² studio for 2 adults and one child:
- Living area: Dining area, 140x190 trunk bed, 90x190 fold-out sofa + air-conditioning and flat-screen TV.
- Open kitchen: Microwave, 2-burner hob, Nespresso machine, small fridge and extractor hood.
- Bathroom: Double washbasin unit, shower and separate WC
- Exterior: 40m² terrace and garden with garden furniture and dining area
- Facilities: WIFI connection and washing machine.
**Other remarks**:
Pets are allowed on condition of good behavior of the animal and its owners towards the accommodation.
Due to high temperatures (canicule) and water restrictions imposed by the State, we do not ensure the same quality of the garden compared between summer and photos.
️ In order not to penalize your stay as well as that of the next tenants, please make sure to remove as much sand as possible from your belongings and clothes / shoes before entering the accommodation. Please do not put sand in the shower!
The use of towels supplied as beach towels is forbidden, and may be penalized by a fee. Thank you for your understanding.
**Housekeeping**:
The apartment as well as the bedding and household linen are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after rental (service included).
We provide a pair of sheets and a large towel per person. Any supplement or damage will be charged. Please ask us in advance.
**Travelers' access**:
The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by elevator.
